The following screens sum up the entire onboarding process leading to the activation.
This is the homepage of Fundoo Friday
What looks good?
β
What sucks?
Upon clicking any of the three Play Now buttons, the first onboarding screen appears
Mini Golf is one of the single-player games that Fundoo Friday offers to the user.
Upon experiencing the single-player game, the user is navigated to play a multiplayer game.
This pop screen could have been made even more interesting as it just looks like a boring question to the user.
This screen could have been composed with a message ensuring positive reaffirmation regarding the gaming experience.
The user is now being redirected to a multiplayer game to be able to play with his employees.
The above screen could have either been neglected or should have contained only multiplayer games as prompted in the previous screen.
Also, a pop asking the user to choose a multiplayer game should be added.
This screen requesting the user to schedule a game for later disrupts the core onboarding flow of onboarding employees to the platform and also delays the action of the user to fully experience the core value proposition of the platform.
A screen directly showing a link to invite employees to play a multiplayer game could have been placed here.
Since it is an instant game to be played, the following data should be removed:
Content to be included:
β
The user gets redirected back to the scheduled games screen and can view the scheduled game.
Eventually, a screen to validate the user's experience and share their feedback.
To complete the account creation process, this screen was included.
But this could be skipped by adding plugins that automatically gather data with the domain name in the work email id.
Hypothesis: 4 Multiplayer Games in 10 Working days
β
Reason: If an HR makes efforts to onboard at least 10 of his employees and also schedules multiplayer games/tournaments twice a week, then the likelihood of him being retained and also encouraging the employees to use Fundoo Friday would be higher.
